- “Unlimited Access” refers to daily use of the self-serve therapies available at Lotus Be Well within safety parameters and in a manner that does not infringe upon other members’ opportunity to reasonably access equipment.
- Membership and access to facility and equipment may be revoked at the discretion of Lotus Be Well executive team and/or staff should members behave in a disruptive or disrespectful way to other members or staff. No refunds will be issued.
- "Couple" prices are for 2 family members living in the same household; “Family” prices are for 3 or more family members living in the same household.
- Self-Serve therapy options may occasionally change without notice.
- There will be no refunds or extensions granted for Unlimited Access purchases, but certain access plans may be “frozen” until the client is ready to resume services (see below) .
- Silver & Golden Lotus Plans may be “frozen” at client’s request for a fee of $25. Monthly payments will then drop to $15 per month while the account remains frozen. Membership duration will be extended to cover the original contract duration, so when client “unfreezes” the account, monthly payment will return to original contract amount until the term is completed. Members will not have access to services while the account is frozen.
- “Early cancellation of Silver & Golden Lotus Plans will result in a fee equivalent to the price difference between their plan and the Bronze Lotus Plan, multiplied by the number of months completed within the contract.
