WHOLISTICALLY REAL
Marie Knabe - Reflexology, Reiki, Cranio Sacral Therapy and Independent Provider
Marie Kaye, a Holistic practitioner with a passion and fascination for how our emotions physically impact every cell in our bodies. She started her journey with holistic therapies through the desire to heal herself. Marie didn’t have any specific illnesses but was overweight, suffering from burnout, and always exhausted. What she didn’t realize at the time was that she had been suffering from gut health issues her entire life, and this caused skin issues, chronic fatigue, depression, and anxiety.
Marie was dealing with the effects of chronic stress and always struggled with deep depression, and feelings of self-loathing to point of hopelessness, and this led to extreme food addiction by way of emotional eating, traits of ADHD, and even suicidal thoughts. She was living in a vicious cycle of poor physical and mental health and knew she needed to make changes to her unhealthy lifestyle.
Once she learned to apply holistic health to her daily life, she knew it was her calling to share this gift of healing. She felt it was her duty to educate as many people as possible on the benefits of holistic health, so Wholistically Real was born. Marie has always described herself as a natural caregiver and now with the skills and training, she can channel her gifts into helping YOU learn how holistically based self-care is the best way to have a vibrant and thriving life.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a BS in Biology, Dr. Alyssa earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
