Trish Hoehn - Masters in Occupational Therapy & BioEnergetic Specialist

Trish Hoehn is the founder and Executive Director of Lotus Be Well Association. Having earned a masters degree in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Catherine, and a bachelors degree in Psychology from Marquette University, she is uniquely positioned to facilitate holistic care of the mind, body and spirit. Now certified in multiple alternative wellness therapies, including computerized bioenergetic testing, she has created an innovative and effective blend of eastern philosophy and western health technology not found anywhere else. It was her own battle with cancer led her on a journey of exploration and discovery into the world of Holistic Health and Energy Medicine.

Trish utilizes advanced evaluation and treatment tools, that assist others to evolve to a higher level of health and wellness by correcting imbalances in the energy system. Her Lotus Protocols are designed to eliminate pathogens (parasites, bacteria, viruses) and toxins, and boost overall health and vitality.

Julie Bernarde is an Esthetician whose background consists of over 20 years experience in skin care, makeup artistry, and modeling. Her goal is to practice and instruct on sound preventative and corrective skin care while helping her clients feel good about themselves. She enjoys working with each individual closely to enhance their natural beauty and accomplish the look that they desire.

Elizabeth Kubale Palmer - Educator, Nutrition Specialist & Lifestyle Program Director

Elizabeth Kubale Palmer was a Psychology Professor at Alverno College for 25 years, creating a "Psychology of Food" course sequence. She has been researching diets and nutrition for the past 10 years. Prior to becoming a full-time educator, Elizabeth had her own psychology practice.

As the Director of the Lifestyle Program, Elizabeth designs individual programs around a whole-food, plant-based weight loss. She prides herself on the "Palmer Diet" for its fast, effective, healthy weight loss. Her clients are catapulted week-by-week from their enthusiastic response to her "QuickStart" program. She has also designed a Phase 2 to "Bridge" clients to Phase 3 for "Maintenance", allowing clients permanent weight loss, for a lifetime.

With her background in psychology, her group and individual sessions are education-based, providing situation-specific tools for clients to continue and maintain weight loss. She centers sessions around "Self-Acceptance Training" which builds upon, and reinforces, positive habits and self-esteem, eliminating challenges to weight loss, and creating cravings for healthy foods.

Elizabeth's hobbies include, cooking, reading, gardening, writing, and international travel. Her dream is to take Lifestyle graduates on a vegan/vegetarian travel adventure.

Tammy Nelson - Certified Acupuncturist & Zero Balancer

Tammy is a nationally- and state-certified acupuncturist, as well as Zero Balancer. She primarily practices 5 Element acupuncture, and is one of only a handful of practitioners in Wisconsin using this approach. Likewise, she is one of only a few of certified Zero Balancing practitioners in Southeast Wisconsin. Tammy combines the ancient wisdom of classical 5 Element acupuncture with the innovative bodywork of Zero Balancing to create unique treatments that address and help heal body, mind, and spirit. When appropriate, she also employs cupping, moxabustion (moxa), and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

In addition, Tammy is a certified Qi Gong teacher.

Chrissy has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She specializes in teaching her own blend of Vinayasa/Power and enjoys developing a deep relationship with her students to explore yogic principles of living. She believes that yoga is much more than an exercise, but a way of life and opportunity to evolve in body, mind and spirit. Chrissy also provides yoga workshops and private yoga sessions.

Marjorie Olsen - Certified Yoga Instructor

Marjorie is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, and STOTT Pilates Instructor. She specializes in teaching core yoga and gentle yoga; both disciplines are designed to reduce upper and lower-back pain, develop and maintain proper posture, and increase students' sense of ease and well-being. Participants learn to honor their bodies' flexibility, balance, and strength. Marjorie believes yoga is a way for students to treat themselves to movement and strives to empower students to develop and maintain their own healing process.
